Brewing Salts, also known as Burton salts, it is a mixture of Gypsum, Calcium Carbonate and Epsom Salt in specific ratios. This is an easy way to get the correct amount of salts and minerals into distilled or reverse osmosis water.
Dosage Amounts of Brewing Salts
1 gram in 1 gallon will add 1.51 ppm calcium, 0.42 ppm Magnesium, 1.06 ppm carbonate and 4.21 ppm sulfate.
